New grant holders need to complete the organisation declaration form before you can access the WDF. Grant holders who accessed WDF as a large national organisation directly from ¹ú²úÂÒÂ× in the previous financial year don’t need to complete a new declaration form unless they are linking new workplaces to their grant.
Complete your ASC-WDS data
You’ll need your Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS) account number to complete your declaration form. If you haven’t got an ASC-WDS account you’ll need to set one up. Find out how to create an account.
To claim WDF for your organisation you must complete or update both the workplace record and 90% of your staff records in your ASC-WDS account(s) on or after 1 April 2024 and by 31 March 2025.
Review the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set requirements for the Workforce Development Fund 2024-25 to see the full information which you need to complete.
