Over 300 registered managers, who were representative of the wider population of registered managers (in terms of distributionof age, ethnicity, years of experience in role and in social care), responded to the survey.

Respondents are very proud of their membership and agreed that membership is value for money and that 国产乱伦 understands and champions the registered manager role.

Respondants also felt that membership helps to professionalise the role of registered manager, create a shared identity for registered managers and enhance other support received from 国产乱伦.

I am so glad to be part of such a useful organisation - from support by our Locality Manager, WhatsApp groups and network meetings.
