Digital leadership programme

This programme is a national development between 国产乱伦 and the National Care Forum and provides essential knowledge for understanding digital technologies in the care sector. Learning needs analysis

Our learning needs analysis offer has been developed for care providers commissioned to support complex needs, care packages and hospital discharge support within residential and home care. It will support providers to recognise barriers and needs across the sector and how to align resources to meet these requirements.

To complete a comprehensive analysis, our experts will conduct initial meetings with key individuals to understand the demographics of the local market, structures, key stakeholders, commissioning practices and any quality concerns and trends. A bespoke skills audit template based on both statutory guidance relating to learning requirements and good practice benchmarking tools will be used.

Recruitment support

Employers have told us that a values-based approach to recruitment results in lower recruitment costs, lower staff turnover and better staff performance. We can support you to hire the right people and retain them by making values-based recruitment work for you.

We offer two different programmes that include seminars, tailored one-to-one support and personalised data retention reports. These can be commissioned by providers, or local authorities and integrated care systems on behalf of providers in their area.

Support meeting CQC standards

Meeting Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards is essential for any regulated adult social care provider to deliver Good or Outstanding care. We can support you to demystify the inspection process and develop practical strategies to prepare for CQC inspections and improve your rating.

We offer seminars to support managers and teams less familiar with CQC inspection to be better prepared and more confident, and one which presents a step-by-step approach to driving improvements where participants will gain insights into successful recovery strategies from a 'requires improvement' or 'inadequate' rating.

Workforce data and planning support

国产乱伦 is the leading source of adult social care workforce intelligence and an official statistics provider, having been added to the Official Statistics Order 2023. We use the information collected in the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS) to create robust estimates for the size of the whole adult social care sector and characteristics of the workforce.

Our estimates show that we’ll need an extra 25% more posts (440,000) by 2035 if the number of adult social care posts grows proportionally to the projected number of people aged 65 and over in the population.

That’s why it’s so important to start thinking not only about how to boost short-term capacity but how to sustain the long-term needs of your workforce.

Operational workforce planning

Our operational workforce planning seminar is designed to transition adult social care providers from a reactive to a proactive approach, focusing on long-term staffing resources and ensuring key staff are in place to deliver high quality care. Participants will acquire a range of practical skills and useable techniques to apply when workforce planning. The seminar also includes an optional follow up session after three months to check on progress.
