In this webinar we shared the learning from in order that TCPs and employers can most effectively develop skills in their local workforce. Employers who used the fund described what they did, the outcomes they achieved and things they might do differently. This will help Transforming care Partnerships and social care and health employers plan and develop person centred PBS and autism skills, confidence and knowledge in the wider cross sector workforce.
