This one-day facilitated session brings together frontline managers to learn about the step-by-step ways to be ready to evidence that your service meets CQC expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating.
Understanding the CQC assessment process and how you can evidence that the quality of care complies with the national standards is important for the people you support, staff teams and the wider reputation of your service.
